  • I went here with a gift certificate my husband brought for me. He walked it paid for the services (pedicure, wax, and a full set) even tipped $30. Went back to the car told me, to go relax a little and handed me the certificate. I walked in literally a minute after. Told them my husband has just purchased a gift for me. He instructed me to sit for the pedicure, asked what else I was going to get. Since it was completely by surprised, I said just a pedi for today. I figured I'd come back on a later day. We talked he was nice, he said my husband also paid for a wax. I said I'd come back later. So he finished my pedi and asked what amount to deduct. I had NO idea my husband had already tipped $30 so I said add a $5 tip. When I got home I told my husband to which he said he had paid $100 total to include a $30 tip. I wasn't too happy. That wasn't VERY honest. But since I still had money on the certificate and I believe in second chances, I thought I'd go for a full face wax and wouldn't feel too bad if I didn't tip. And save the rest for a another pedi or mani at a later time. Thinking it was just a one time mess up. I should have had $45 after the pedi. Full face wax was listed as $30, that would have been enough for a manicure or at least part of it. So I go in, two days later. He remembered me of course. I get a full face wax and hand him the certificate at the end. He says "thank you!" And walks me to the door. I'm in complete shock. Is it my fault for not saying "There should be $45 and the full face wax is listed as $30"? Yes, at this point I just didn't want to have to deal with them and again I was just in complete and utter shock. I CAN NOT believe they would be that dishonest to a customer. I basically gave away $50 ($30 husband's tip, $5 pedi tip, and $15 which should have been the remainder after a full face wax) Moral of the story, don't go here, completely dishonest with their customers!!!
