SHAKY, SLOOOOW SERVICE, SHODDY END-PRODUCT
Though the staff was very nice, I do feel it my duty to voice my opinion of 188 Nail Salon.
I got a manicure here and it was really one of the worst manicures I have ever gotten. The first lady was so tentative and did not seem to know what she was doing. She took FOOOORRREEEVVVVEER cutting my cuticles and she still cut too deep a few times. Then they switched technicians and the second lady had the shakiest hands in the world as she applied my dark nail polish. After my first hand I asked if she was okay, and if she wanted me to polish my other hand. She declined and the polish was far too thick and a MESS.
What took 20 minutes in LA the week before took an hour and 10 minutes with a horrible end-product. I had to go home and take off the polish and re-do it myself.
Their hair salon seemed nice but they should not do manicures since they are ill-equipped to do so.
