  • A very deceptive company as they hold their customers under contract for life. I asked to cancel after being with them for 18 years and they told me that I owe them for 2 more months of service. Also, when you need service they charge $125 for the first hour. After paying $5,000 for service you would think they would treat you better! If you want real monitoring and great service go with ADT direct as I have. Also worth noting, the 5 star rating that is posted below by L.S. or Lisa Spano who is employed by AAA Alarm. This is another deceitful business practice of this company. Please ignore all cop-outs by Jimmy Livingston as he a biased owner or the owners son, need I say more!
