  • I've never had a worse experience dealing with a group of so-called real estate professionals. Every experience from the start was horrible. These people act like they're doing you a favor when taking your call, or when they owe you documents or a response to an issue. In the end they ended up taking more than half our deposit despite the home being left in better condition than we received it! We rented with Primack for 3 years, a 2400 sq foot home with white carpets. We were never late with the rent, took excellent care of the home. Would landscape regularly, and were told on 3 different inspections that they were amazed with the care we took keeping up the home. We left the home with clean, white carpets! Overall her office and staff are awful to deal with! Rent from someone else, you'll be better for it!
