  • I think the people that work here do not value their jobs. I made an appointment for the first time a few days ago. To my surprise no one showed up to consult me on their services let alone trim my yard. I received a call from the office that they would be arriving shortly at 9 am but my appointment wasn't til 12 -2 pm. Needless to say this company is not reputable. I think you may be better off with hiring a guy that stands outside the Home Depot. At least they show up willing to work. My advice to this company is get your receptionist and workers on the same page everything else comes secondary to communication. If it were my business Id set up appointments to see how their doing on their communication skills because this is where they are clearly lacking. If I can't simply communicate time and place of an appointment this company is missing out on revenue.
