rev:text	I went in this place to upgrade my phone. I was told that I had to pay full retail price even though I had an upgrade available. I questioned the employee further and she stated that it was still full retail price or I could pay taxes and go on a monthly plan to pay the $756.00. Needless to say, I knew this was wrong and I left. I immediately called Verizon, they informed me that I absolutely do not pay full retail price when I'm using an upgrade. My total was $304. So, if you feel like throwing money away or trying to inform an employee of what their company actually does, go here.
