  • No confidence in this company. After taking several weeks to finally replace my window in February, just a few weeks ago, the window split in half due to defect. They came out, blamed the heat which seems odd as all the other windows in the house have endured 14 summers of heat. Was told they would come back with samples of low-e glass and now they vanished! Dust in the wind. I had to call another company to come out, point out issues with the install and offer to do the job right. You could say I'm disappointed.
