  • I do NOT recommend. Customer service is TERRIBLE. Their plumber came out to fix a small part on my kitchen sink and said "you will need a garbage disposal soon." When I asked for him to replace the disposal at this time, plumber refused to do so. My disposal broke 3 weeks later. When the situation was explained to the gal who answered the phone at American Plumbing, she offered no care, no discount. I was going to be charged another housecall-and they were trying to "sell" their highest priced disposal. Awful.
