  • Complete idiot.....spoke to a clueless individual by the name of "Jay" GM, and was looking for a friend that promoted to his area. I am moving to the area and wanted to check out the gym as well and get a membership. This man tried to interrogate me for no reason and refused to answer some simple gym questions! He was rude and condescending and was very comfortable doing it. Who made this idiot GM. Unreal!!! Service is below standard.
