| - Tip: When in a hurry, don't walk through the whole store, because it is a long trek. If you are purchasing furniture, you might want to check it out online to see if it is available and then go straight to the warehouse to buy it.
My friend and I went to IKEA to purchase $4.99 stools for the classroom. What a steal! We parked near the Returns/Exchange and entered that way. We were smart enough to go to the warehouse section, near the check-out. We found our stools within 5 minutes, loaded the 8 stools on a palette cart, checked out with a nice cashier from Russia, and decided to load our car first before walking the floor.
While browsing on the floor, we were reminiscing on how my kids used to like come to check out all the cute rooms especially the chairs and beds. We were looking at office furniture, organizing solutions, and children's decor. What we didn't remember is that it is super difficult to exit. We probably should've asked a store clerk to see if we could get out. It seemed like a quite a distance because both our sciatic nerves began flaring up before we got to check-out downstairs.
Tip: Bring your walking shoes when you go to IKEA.
Food. I know that I could get my delicious Swedish meatballs with Lingenberry Sauce, but I refrained this time because we had lunch plans elsewhere.
Join IKEA Family for free. We got items discounted because of the card. $3.99 became $2.99 when you are an IKEA Family member.
