This little pastry shop offers amazing unique pieces of deliciousness!!!
What I love about their desserts is not only the innovative combination of flavor but also how detailed each of them are! Take for example its pear and hazelnut étagé: there are 11 layers of alternating icing, filling, hazelnut and such. Surprisingly light, the mix of pear and hazelnut is absolutely amazing!
Its vanilla and caramel mille-feuilles is also to die for! Super flaky and light layers of pastry sandwiching crispy toasted caramels sheets and fluffy vanilla filling to create perfection!
Moreover, each dessert that I tasted from them are not overly sweet and oh so well balanced!
They also offer brunch on sunday that I've heard are to die for! Montreal is extremely lucky to have such an amazing pâtisserie!
