  • You get what you pay for...and if you use a Groupon with Auto Tech, expect to have your car returned trashed. Apparently the auto technicians don't wipe their hands or feet when they are covered in black grease prior to getting in your car. My car door and floor mat were smeared all over with black grease. It looked like a child had finger painted everywhere with tar. The woman (Dawn) who works at the service desk only made it worse with a piece of paper towel and a bottle of carpet cleaner. She only smeared the grease around to make even bigger grease stains and was very rude about it. My car door is a mess now and will cost twice the amount I paid for the Groupon to have it professionally cleaned. Avoid these clowns and take your car to a shop that employs professionals, or at least people with customer service training. You won't find that here.
