  • Delivery driver makes it in about 30-45 mins but gives me the wrong pizza. I asked the driver in person, "Could you add ranch to my order?". He said yes. He comes back about 30-45 mins later with a room temperature/cold pizza and the plates, napkins and even the pizza box smelling like stale cigarette smoke. I call to inform them of the issue. The manager was helpful but only offered another pizza or $5 off my next. It's late and I'm frustrated. I've had issues with the quality of the pizza before. I will give Napoli's one last try.
