  • Totally awful experience. Had a ticket for 6pm. After arriving early, we were told they are running behind, and after standing in line for over an hour, finally at 7pm we are told our turn and to go up the steps, but this point it would be ANOTHER HOUR!!! We were given the option of waiting, or getting a refund. We took the refund, and will not waste an evening on this again
