  • I went with a group of my friends to check out Title Boxing this Friday. We took Cat's 06:15 pm class. The girls at the front desk immediately asked if we were there with the group scheduled for Cat, assisted us with wraps, and gave a quick tutorial on basic punches and what they refer to them as during their classes. Cat ran a class that kicked our butts! We all worked up quite a sweat and got our hearts pumping quickly! She was very motivational, as were the other two support staff throughout the entire class. Although people are their working up a sweat all of the time, the gym was clean and smell free! After the class everyone was helpful with getting me a schedule of their classes and ready to give information about their membership without being pushy. I received an email the following day with information about their deal right now if I wanted to sign up for a membership. Thanks to everyone who made this a great experience! I'm hoping to be able to get a membership over the summer!
