  • Decided to check out their new store, only to find the worst customer service. Staff member, with blond box braids first ignored me and 3 other customers and then went to take a selfie. Then she finally came over but smelled of alcohol on her breath and smoke on her breath and hands. Selfies and Smoke might actually work with their brand, but a condescending attitude is not going to drive sales. Made the whole experience really negative. Aside from customer experience, clothing had limited sizing and really felt cheap and flimsy. Just a place that prints tshirts you can get elsewhere. Always try to support local but don't waste your time. Just buy something online that Untitled & Co is trying to be like.
