  • Review is long, but worth reading if you're picky. I had such a great experience at Rodeo Kia. I've literally bought 22 cars (that I can remember) in the last 30 years, and this really was the best dealership experience I've ever had. Darin, Ben, and Imad assisted me throughout the entire buying process. Went late Friday night, Imad and Darin hung out with me after hours talking cars, even though I didn't commit to a purchase at that point. Today, Darin, the Mgr, spent a lot of time with me (unusual, in my experience), and answered questions about my "deal" continually (me, of course, being the skeptic and looking for something shady). Never, NOT ONCE, did I have to deal with the whole "let me run and see if my mgr will work something out for you" or "sign here if you agree to buy, if I give you this price" or worse, the "it's the cost of you starbucks every month" nonsense. I worked numbers directly with Darin, the Mgr....not a "runner" Salesman. Further, both Imad and Ben gave me great service. I was indecisive between 2 vehicles, and went out 4 or 5 times to "look at them again". When I made my decision (2015 Sportage) Ben spent nearly 30 minutes with me, explaining how everything worked, including the bells and whistles of the UVO sync system (just awesome!). I was a bit of a "pain" customer; came in knowing I had terrible negative equity, not the best credit score, and still...Rodeo Kia made it work and I NEVER felt rushed, pressured (not at ALL), or inadequate for not being a "prime" customer. In fact, the longest part of the entire process was ME, making a decision! And the guys (at least pretended) to have a bottomless pit of patience. THANK YOU, DARIN, IMAD, AND BEN! (And lets be honest, truth be told, I will never know if I got the "best" deal or even a "good" deal. I think that I did OK, considering the mess I walked in there with. My payments are in the range I ultimately wanted to end up with, so...I'm a happy customer). And FINALLY, after 4 kids, years of minivans and "family" sedans...I finally got my adorable, perfect little Sportage. (ps, the finance guy was great too. Did his required schpeel about warranties and all that nonsense, but didn't give me any hassle when I said "do your speech, but I just want GAP insurance". He didn't high pressure me, which I appreciated.) THANK YOU, Gentleman, for the fun and straight up experience. My
