  • Mammoth did work on the sprinkler system per OnQ Property Management for my leased home. In September they came to do sprinkler system work to replace broken pipes in the aging existing system that was costing me $100's of extra dollars per month in water bills... a few short weeks later, my water bill shot back up, and after attempts to have it remedied, they came out and said it was operating normally... had an additional opinion, and a valve replacement later my problem was solved... a few weeks later, they call and want me to pay their bill for $85... really? Nice guys that come out and do the work, but this is unacceptable... wouldn't refer, or use personally... sorry Taylor, as I mentioned more than once, I said I was going to pay your invoice once I received an invoice... I'm still not happy with the service as the problem still existed after your technicians left, and took another visit from another service to resolve the issue. Again, send me an invoice, although I still could not recommend your business despite your courteous employees
