  • Someone sure changed the culture of this hospital. Wow! This past Monday I approached the admissions desk at about 530 in the morning. Melissa could not have been more friendly to me. She was very patient and went out of her way to help me. She personally walked me to my next destination and stopped me on my way out to make sure everything went smoothly. She even remembered me the day of my surgery on Wednesday. Amazing! My surgery could not have went smoother and everyone in this hospital went out of their way to accommodate my needs. I am 52 years old born and raised in Las Vegas and have never had a hospital stay like this. I hope I never have to go to the hospital again but if I do, this hospital will be my choice. Dr Bernie Hannah performed my bariatric surgery. This is the first weekend of the rest of my new life. Thank you Dr. Hannah and thank you North Vista Hospital
