  • If I could give this company a negative star, I would. This entire process was beyond miserable. Working with Jacqueline Moore was so frustrating. She doesn't answer phone calls, doesn't respond to voicemails and she doesn't email back. She has no code of ethics in her business practices. After putting offers in on a home, receiving counter offers, and negotiating on pricing on a home for days- and after many many phone calls to get a response (which took her far too long to respond to) - she notified us that she just accepted another offer. With out disclosing that any other offers had come through. She was so rude when we called to discuss the issue and was unwilling to help throughout the entirety of this process. I would stay far away from this company!!!!!
