  • I bought a beautiful $400 ceiling fixture here. They were out of lightbulbs so I had to come back for them another day. When I went to put the lamp up a piece was missing. I promply called the store and got a lukewarm response and then no follow up call about the part. The next day I called and spoke with the manager. He was much more helpful- I stopped back in and he replaced the part with no questions asked and he had the light bulbs in stock so I picked them up too. So a bit of a mixed bag all round....I expected a bit more for the price. I do love the fixture though.....
