  • I had a terrible experience with this office. I recently had a bridge in the back of my mouth break off. I had gone to another office to get an estimate. I wanted a second opinion and also wanted to get my teeth cleaned. I had xrays from a dentist visit last month that were just done at another office. Well, when I got there was told I needed a "panoramic" xray too. I wasn't told that this xray costs $144. In reading other reviews, I found it interesting that another patient was told the same thing that I was told, that I needed "a deep periodontal cleaning". The other reviewer stated that another dentist said that was not the case. I had an exam at another dentist last month and they said my gums were doing well. I am over 60 and there will be some recession with age, but i do not have periodontal disease. Boston Dental said I needed this done at a cost of $1263. !!!! My appointment was for a standard cleaning and that was not done. I was there for 2 hours getting this sham exam. Beware if you choose this office for your dental needs. Rest assured, they will tell you all kinds of treatments that need to be done. They spend the office visit finding all sorts of things to do to rip you off. I left there with no cleaning and a $6000. dental estimate. The other dentist I went to was $3500. This was given by Abby Dental. Dr. Moulton there is fantastic. Please be cautious if you choose to go to Boston Dental.
