| - The negative reviews here are bogus. I don't know what billing problems that Jared had, but a billing/insurance issue doesn't mean there's a problem with the work that the dentist did. If you are told you need very expensive work done, of course get a second opinion if you have doubts. BTW, both negative reviews were made prior to Dr. Stulic taking over the practice. I had experience with both the previous dentist and Dr. Stulic, and they are both top notch. Either of them are among the best that I've ever had in my life, and at 71 and having moved a lot, I've had many.
I find it odd that my review in 2013 that gave a five star rating to the previous dentist, Adam, has disappeared from this page. I did not remove it.
As far as Suzi and her complaint, I have the feeling that she just wanted to get a free dental visit. She probably uses a Groupon every year while ignoring issues that caused the previous dentist to recommend expensive work. I would hope that her second opinion dentist would not tell them that Matrix was "ripping you off" That would be very unprofessional in itself. Beyond that, these negative reviews should be removed because they refer to the former dentist, not the current one. Once again, let me say that both men are terrific dentists. They don't come any better.
update 30 min after above review: I flagged both negative reviews and quickly got a reply stating:
We're writing to let know that we previously evaluated Suzi T.'s review of Matrix Dentistry that you recently reported. We decided at that time to leave it up after carefully assessing it against our Content Guidelines.

This happened so fast it obviously is an automated response. I hope everyone who reads this will also try to flag it. Reason: it's a review about the wrong business. Wish I knew how to contact a human at Yelp.
