Accessibility: Location well situated next to T&T
Interior: Very nicely decorated though darker ambiance and there's an odd smokey scent within. Only two tables and six seats were open. Everything else was taped off because was told they had an "HR event" even though no one was present and they used stools for prep, so took drinks to-go given lack of seating.
Service: room for improvement and really needs to standardize training. Did not get a receipt. Asked if they were a vicinity business or a points system, they said no. Purchased two drinks and writing commentary on Yelp realized they did have a points card per fellow yelper and of course I wasn't informed of it by employees. Not a fan when there's no consistency in customer facing dialogue.
Drinks: Tea not overly done. Good consistency in franchise quality control. Pearls are better than the chattime or green grotto that's a two minute drive away in terms of how chewy they are, though still room for improvement as I think back to the hundreds of bubble teas I've had growing up in Taiwan. Ordered a medium but given how busy they were, i'd approximate 90 large drinks for delivery, mine automatically became a large by mistake which is always a pleasant surprise and well appreciated.
They're three weeks in since grand opening so I'm certain they have kinks to iron out be it standardization of service quality or operational stream lining. Will visit again and hope to increase star rating, but as a new store, plenty of potential to improve. Promising location and hoping to see growth couple months down the road!
