| - We got to try this dessert and tea place from a recommendation from a local Las Vegas yelper, Bam who we met today to try the menu. And , although this place has only been open for 4 mos or so and we came in at 9:30pm in a Sunday, the place was packed until the time we left at 11pm. In addition, we also noted that they close at 1am, which was unusual for us visitors from Sacramento, where everything closes at 9!
I started with the Blue pea lemonade. Not exactly sure where the pea come in, but it was served in a flask with blue colored ice separate in a glass. When you pour the lemonade into the glass, the color changes from yellow to pink. Lemonade was very mild with a light floral finish ($4.50)
Also tried the two ice cream scoop, and had the toasted strawberry, and blueberry lavender. The ice creams were very rich and the fruit really stood out. This was topped with fresh strawberries and served in a wooden bowl. In fact, all items are served in their signature wooden plating. $4.95
Lastly, we had the buttered sugar toast $4.25. Simple large toast with butter and sugar.
Despite the place being packed, this family owned place worked really hard to keep up with the pace, and were really friendly.
Clean friendly spot, excellent service and fresh items made for a pleasant experience on this warm summer evening.
