rev:text	Everything Moon Valley Nurseries have are POOR Quality and VERY OVERPRICED compared to the other Nurseries in Metro Phoenix area. My landscaper who has over 20 years of experience doing landscaping and always WIN at all major the Home & Garden Expos throughout Metro Phoenix told me that Moon Valley Nurseries get their plants in places that are grown in other states outside of Arizona. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with buying 15 gallon Queen Palms, Pigmy Palms and a boxed Mesquite tree. At the point of purchase I was told that all the plants I was interested in buying had a "Lifetime Guarantee" if I had the plants delivered and planted from Moon Valley Nursery. I went forward with my purchase and had the plants Delivered & Planted by Moon Valley Nursery to get all plants that I purchased the "Life Time Guarantee" that the manager told me I would get following their "recommendation". Within 6 months ALL of the plants I had bought died. I was using the "Moon Juice" and the plant nutrients that the staff & manager from Moon Valley Nursery "recommended" to have healthy trees. I called Moon Valley Nursery to get a refund or at the very least get a credit on the same trees to be replaced. After NO Return Phone calls from the Manager for Moon Valley Nursery I went in person where I made the purchase and was "Promised a Lifetime Guarantee on ALL Trees that I had bought. I paid a significant amount of additional money to have the trees "Delivered & Planted" so I could get the "Life Time Guarantee" of the trees that I had bought from Moon Valley Nursery for an investment property. I was told by management that they could not give me a credit on the plants I had bought from Moon Valley Nursery. I told the NEW Manager that I was "PROMISED a LIFE TIME GUARANTEE" on ALL the plants I had bought if I had the plants "Delivered & Planted" by Moon Valley Nursery. I told the manager we spent a significant amount of money at Moon Valley Nursery to purchase new trees to revamp an investment property, paid an additional significant amount of money for EACH AND EVERY Tree to be "Delivered & Planted" by Moon Valley Nursery, and followed ALL of their Recommendations which included buying "Moon Valley Nursery Plant Nutrients & Fertilizers" each month to have a result of ALL 15 gallon Queen Palm Trees that died with ONLY ONE Queen Palm Tree and the Pigmy Palm tree that survived. The manager refused to give us a refund on the MISREPRESENTATION that the first manager and sales staff gave us for "Life Time Guarantee" I did some research with experienced and reputable landscapers that had decades of experience. I found out that majority of the Palm Trees that Moon Valley Nursery sell are grown in CA and Florida. Most of the trees aren't accustomed to living or surviving for the harsh dry summers with extreme hear in AZ. Moon Valley Nursery is KNOW to OVERPROMISE and UNDER DELIVERE on what they sell. Based on Personal Experience and the Experience of a lot of other people the only thing Moon Valley Nursery is good for is selling plants that grow in other states until it's time to SELL them in AZ at the Moon Valley Nursery locations throughout Metro Phoenix. The ONLY good thing Moon Valley Nurseries is good for is OVERPRICED and low quality plants that will not survive the AZ climate because they are grown in other states up until a matter of weeks to be sold at a Moon Valley Nursery location. BUYER BEWARE for Moon Valley Nursery. There are BETTER Nurseries and Plant Farms in AZ where the prises are reasonably priced at AZ MARKET Value and will survive the AZ Climates because they are grown the whole time in the native climate of their native state of AZ
