We visited Giada's on the last day of our Vegas trip for lunch and was left a bit disappointed. I'm a huge fan and had some high expectations for the food there - maybe the dinner menu is better? My husband ordered a SLAT (smoked salmon and avocado) which was very heavy on the salmon but was "eh, OK." I ordered a lemon pesto grilled cheese with prosciutto that was actually quite tasty though for $22 didn't blow me away. Our favorite item ended up being the drinks and appetizers - great bloody marys and the chefs board is always a solid choice. Luckily we had a Groupon to make our meal a bit better. On a side note- the restaurant itself is absolutely adorable. Sit by the window for a nice view of the strip and look at all the detail taken into consideration when decorating - even down to the silverwear and napkins. Next time we would probably just stick with apps and drinks.
