  • I really wanted to like this place. I live nearby, and love music and wine. While the space and decor are great, unfortunately the staff are not. My friend and I were splitting a bottle and having a normal-voiced conversation (not loudly and mind you, every single table around us was talking), when the sound man approached us and told us that he'd had to turn up the music several times because of us and to keep it down. We were shocked by his rudeness to the point that I didn't even respond - again, all around us larger groups were being much louder. Then, at the end of the evening (post-concert) another man working there came over and grabbed our almost-empty glasses and said that he really had to "close it down." If was 11 p.m., no announcement had been made, and at least 25 people were still there. We felt targeted for no reason whatsoever. I doubt that I will return.
