My wife and I watching every season of Hell's Kitchen religiously since the very first season. So when we were in Vegas we had to come visit this restaurant since it is where the winner Jeanelle (sp?) will be working starting August 14th I believe. We were quite excited to come here with our friends and my two children. We had reservations and when we got there we noticed all of the tables that seat more than 2 people use only high backless stools for chairs. My youngest is 4 years old and while she could sit up there fine it was not something I really wanted to chance. There were two cocktail type tables in the middle of the restaurant that were open but they said at first that we cannot sit there because there is no server for those tables. Really on a friday night you dont have servers for all your tables? Seemed a bit fishy to me but in the end we were able to sit there although after waiting 15 minutes we had to go back to the hostesses and say the waiter they said would help us still has not shown up. Once he did show up our waiter was good but not anything special in the least. The drinks were ok, one of us had a blueberry smash and I had a grapefruit drink from the cocktail menu. Both again were good but at $15 I thought were a bit overpriced. I will only speak for my own meal and I got the flat iron steak which was $30+. When I received it, it looked liked 5 sliced small pieces of steak. I couldnt believe that for that price the portion was so small. All in all I think we were all let down by this restaurant mostly for its lack of value, slow and not that friendly service and seating arrangements.
