  • I took my water resistant watch here to have the battery replaced. I've always taken it to a different jeweler in the passed and never had any problems and the watch has always been resealed appropriately (I've owned the watch for several years). The watch battery was replaced no problem. Until I got the watch wet. Needless to say, they did not reseal the watch properly and the watch no longer works. I called them to explain, thinking they owed me something since they didn't fix my watch properly and they basically told me it was my fault. They said that I should have reminded them to seal it since it was a "less expensive" watch ($500); they told me that if I owned an expensive watch they would remind me to ensure this wouldn't happen. The refused to assist me further. So not only did they ruin my $500 watch, they insulted me and my watch. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. This place is AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!
