  • I went there once, bought some stones, everything was cool. Tried going back again on a Monday to find they were closed. I checked and doubled checked their website for store hours before we left since I live in Parma and don't want to drive a half hour for no reason, and it plainly stated Monday-Thursday 12-7. We showed up just before six. I tried sending an email to complain about the misinformation and their email given on their website was "maxed out" and could not receive any more messages. Lacking any other options i tweeted them saying i was disappointed in this having happened, only to be told /then/ that they aren't open on Mondays at all... I informed them that is not what their website said (that was updated as of 3 or 4 days prior) and to please change it. Well, i go back, find they've /blocked me/ from following them on twitter, BUT they did change their website hours and email address but did NOT change the "Last Updated" date. Needless to say, I don't want to be buying from people who act like 12 year olds over the internet. It's bad business to put false hours on your official website /and/ a faulty email address to-boot. Whoever is in charge of their internet relations needs to grow up and realize I would have spent beaucoup bucks that night had I not been misinformed of their hours. Grow up, children of the sun.
