  • My sister bought her dress here years ago so I was excited to shop here. My consultant was sweet and I found my dream dress. However this place has gone downhill under new management. The new owner Laura is a nightmare. I have no respect for a business owner who routinely raises their voice and has a mean attitude towards employees and customers. The way she spoke to my mom on multiple occasions was extremely upsetting and added so much unnecessary stress. Calls to Laura go unreturned and communication regarding shipping is a mess. She never accepts responsibility. All issues were brought to Laura's attention and nothing was resolved satisfactorily. Despite the sweet consultants (especially Emily who helped me a bunch at the end of the process) and Susan who is an amazing seamstress, my experiences with the owner were so bad that I would never recommend Lillian Lottie to my friends.
