  • This place is terrible. I did not choose them. My home warranty service has a contract with them. They claim that they will not renew the contract when it's over. I hope that's true. I needed service for my A/C. It was working, but not as well as it should have been working. My thermostat was set to 68, but during the hot part of the day, my place would be about 77 degrees. The technician came over. He did something to the unit and said it should be working better shortly. Shortly after he left, the temperature was down to 69 degrees. A few hours later, the temperature was 75 degrees again. Now it's 86 degrees. It would hard for me to prove that they did something malicious to my A/C Unit, but based on my experience with this company so far and based on the reviews that this company receives on Yelp, I am inclined to believe that the technician did something to my unit to caused it to be even less effective than it was before he "serviced" it. I would highly recommend avoiding this company if possible. If at some point there should be a substantial reason for me to update this review, I will, but at this point I am inclined to say that this company is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with.
