  • This store and its manager can't spell customer service, let alone give it. My wife and I bought a new sofa, loves seat and recliner. When it was delivered it was as hard as our coffee table and was not the material that we were told it would be. We immediately called and were told that there is a no return policy unless the product came damaged!! We were willing to buy a more expensive pieces and we were told no!! I will never shop at this store ever again
