Mexican is my favorite and after living in Phoenix for ten years, it takes a lot to impress my taste buds.
I liked the layout of this place, staff was very friendly and it was crowded on a Tuesday night when I was here so my coworker and I ate at the bar. Beer selection seemed good but they we're out of about half of the tap list. I got a margarita which was served in a whiskey glass. Not sure what that was about but it was okay. Nothing special.
We both got quesadillas, coworker got crimini mushroom which came with a runny egg in top. I don't get that at all but he liked it. I got the smoked chicken and it was good. Fresh avocado creme and toasted shaving of garlic on top.
The menu was a collection of oddities a true foodie would appreciate. I personally like my Mexican food more traditional.
Typical Vegas inflated prices but that's to be expected.
