  • By far, this was the WORST auto repair experience that my husband and I have EVER been through. They talked to us in such an unprofessional and unethical manner that they will NEVER ever see our car again. To give an estimate of over 3,500 dollars for repairs is a joke. The general manager along with the idiot who ran the diagnostic test should BOTH be fired. One minute, they told us ' we can't find the part anywhere in the country' to 'Oh, wait-we have 5'???? Seriously???? If you have money to WASTE, feel free to take your car to them-they'll DEFINITELY take all you want to give to them. If it weren't for the younger guys(Cory, Cody & Joseph), we would have left in the first 15 minutes we were there. We took our car to somewhere else, and got the needed repairs done for a THIRD of their original so-called 'estimate'. What a joke.
