  • Well I finally moved out of this place. Was here for 1 year. All I have are complaints . They charge late fees and harass you . Try to evict you even though you paid your rent on time , you'll have to go down to the office and waste your time showing them proof of the confirmation that you have from their website PROVING IT WAS PAID IN THE 1st or 2nd . The office associates are highly inefficient . The customer service is poor , and Marisa is highly unprofessional and rude. And she has been on multiple occasions. Now that I've moved out , I've gotten yet another $75 late fee added saying I paid on the 6th... I see why the reviews on this place are poor. I had to go waste more if my time providing the confirmation time stamped by there very own website in June 2nd 5:36pm .... Maintnance was fine , the apartments were fine , most of the leasing agents are not kind or caring. The office manager Mayra is wonderful , unfortunately she's always running around fixing her associates mistakes that you'll not be able to get ahold of her. Would not recommend unless you like being harassed .
