| - I'm sure others don't think the same of this place, but I love Marquee. It took me the better part of a year and some change to finally get in here, and since then I've made it here a total of 5 times (4 times nightclub, 1 time dayclub).
After rediscovering my love for XS, witnessing the magic of Omnia, experiencing the extreme comfort of Drai's, and being done with Hakkasan, I've been around the block more than I ever anticipated I would when I couldn't even get into any Vegas club. I still love Marquee, but it's not my favorite anymore.
I still love the visuals setup (great LED wall, lasers to kill you) because it pretty much is a mini-rave. I love the expansive outside area (...even though they closed it last time I was there). And last I checked, this is the only club in Vegas that has a pool table in it (and also, the only club in Vegas in which a pool cue was cracked over my friend's head...but that's a story for another time).
But I worry for Marquee now though. They lost most of their DJs to Omnia and Life, Kaskade's gone to XS, and the place could definitely use a remodel (that dance floor and the hallways are just beyond sardine-cramping level).
My love for this place will keep me coming back because I always have a good time here. But yeah, DJs do matter to me. At least you guys still have Dash Berlin, Porter Robinson, Tritonal, and Andrew Rayel...and Alesso on some non-exclusive rights!
I'll find a reason to come back though. Nothing beats walking from my Cosmo room to Marquee, raging hard, getting Secret Pizza, and walking back to my room to eat my pizza!
P.S. Yeah I know I keep pimping his name out, but I wouldn't do it if he wasn't that good. I lost my Marquee contact, and my man Chris made sure I was squared away with zero drama or BS. Hit him up at (702) 722-8585, you won't find a better person to take care of all your Vegas needs.
