I bought a new car from them in December of 2008. Until July of 2010 I took the car back to them for every maintainence. In June of 2010 there was an air conditioning problem that was covered under warranty. However, their service department was very sloppy in the handling of the repair. I complained by voice mail and e-mail and NO ONE even had the decency to return my messages so I stopped going there. The car had a SLIGHT leak for a while-just a drop now and again, which sadly I ignored. Two weeks ago it was an active leak. I discovered that it was leaking from both the windshield and under the roof at the seam. This car has 23,000 miles and was never wrecked or damaged. -OBVIOUSLY a factory defect. I spoke with 4 different people there and all but ONE of them was arrogant and rude to me! Bottom line neither Scott Clark OR the Toyota company would agree to reimburse me a penny for the repair expenses because the car was 4 years old and the warranty
expired at 3 years. In cases like this when it is obviously a defect, something COULD have been done by the dealer or the company. I learned an EXPENSIVE lesson and will NEVER deal with Scott Clark again!
