  • I had a very short notice job pop-up for my company (2 days) to have some shirts embroidered. I called around to several places and either got an answering machine or no answer at all. I found American Stitch here on yelp! called and they actually answered!! Finally, someone who wants to make some money!! I went down to their store, brought my shirts and logo, and they took care of me right away. Chad went above and beyond (I felt.. maybe he was just doing his job, but it felt like a vip experience). Took my shirts and logo, had the logo digitized, allowed me to approve the final print before the actual embroidery process. Then the fun and interactive part.. Brittany took me to the back area and allowed me to personally hand pick the color threads I wanted for each of the shirts (each shirt logo was a different color scheme.. same logo, different colors). That part, for me, was fun.. how many places have you been too, where they actually involve you in the process? The shirts were done in two days (dropped off Monday afternoon, picked up Tuesday afternoon). Can't give these guys enough praise. My team loved their shirts and we have all agreed to use American Stitch for our future needs.. they can handle anything.. ANYTHING, you want to put a logo on. Our convention season is coming up (for my business) and they will definitely be getting my phone call. Professional looking craftsmanship. Save yourself the hassle and trouble of going anywhere else... Go to American Stitch. Great products, awesome staff, and even better, great prices!!
