  • We wanted to get new, quieter garage door openers for our 22 year old house. I wasn't sure if we needed new springs, rails or even doors. Apex came out and told me exactly what we needed. They were honest and told me what needed to be done and what didn't. I felt that they were very forthright and didn't try to sell me something we didn't need. I received an estimate via email the next day and then called to schedule the work to be done. Thinking it would be a few days at least, I was surprised to learn that they would be out the very next day! Install was super easy, we just moved our cars out and made sure there was nothing in the way. The installer was a really nice, personable guy that was professional and nice and neat. The job was done in no time. We are very happy with our new, quiet garage door openers and will definitely use them when we decide to get the new doors.
