  • This company came out and did a termite inspection for a VA loan I was using to buy a 4 Plex in Mesa. While the technician was at the unit I was informed that the building has cockroaches so i asked the technician for his card and inquired about the price of getting rid of the roaches and then setting up a monthly or bimonthly treatment. About 2 months later after I closed on the property I called the technician who did the termite inspection to see about getting the service started since I am living in 1 unit and have a second that's empty. The technician told me to text him the address because he was on the road and he would pull up the info and get back to me later in the day. I texted him and never heard back even after texting a second time to remind him. 3 days later I call the office to just get a quote from them to set up the new service. I explain about the previous business I have done with them and they pull up my file. Then quote me twice as much as everyone else I had already called to get service. $300 versus $160. After a hold lasting a few minutes I was told that they would price match as long as I gave a copy of my credit card number to keep on file which quit honestly made me feel as though the original quote was an attempt to rip me off. Having done previous business with them (and having no complaints as of yet) I told the representative that I wanted to check some reviews to make sure I was going to get good service. That led me of course to Google and Yelp where I have had the pleasure to read multiple bad reviews and an equal amount of unprofessional and rude responses from the owner. Some even wishing for physical harm to the reviewer. Fake review or not that's a bad look on the company. Needless to say I won't be doing any further business with this company nor will I recommend them to anyone I know. If the owner would like to contact me regarding this review he is more than welcome to. If there is any dispute as to the cost that was originally quoted to me I would be happy to share the recording of my call where I requested service since I record all my telephone calls. Again I write this review as a paying customer and can provide proof of that as well.
