I don't know how to cook but here's a recipe to keep me from coming back. Put a petite brunette leaning on the front counter at 3:50 on 1/21/17. Have her stare at you, not saying anything so I have to ask if she works there. And definitely don't smile. Just want a sake so turn around, say nothing. I'll find a seat. And when she brings it, still don't say anything. Now, I realize people have bad days and bad things happen to them. Who knows what happened to her today? So I ask "How's your day been?" Shrug your shoulders and walk away. One thing I enjoy about sushi places is the enthusiasm and engagement with the customers. This place has none. They may have the greatest sushi on earth, but I'll never know Because the first impression lasts the longest.
