| - What a terrible place to stay I DO NOT recommend it at all, you couldn't pay me to stay here!
It doesn't even deserve 1 star from me but I had to put something in there to post.
When we arrived in Vegas it was 112 degrees, we had our pet with us and had planned to stay at this motel because it was "pet friendly" and near the strip.
When we got into the room we were shocked to discover the air wasn't on and the room hotter than hell.
The air con is on a sensor that goes off if there isn't any movement in the room, we were NOT told this upon check in or booking over the phone - good luck if you have a pet!!!
We left the room for less than an hour and left our cat in the room after being assured she would keep the sensor in the air con going... when we got back the air was off and my cat was laying on the bed panting in the swealtering room!!!!
The room was the size of a university dorm room, the beds were tiny and you couldn't move without bashing into someone, there were no dressers to put your clothes away nothing!!!
The bathroom was even smaller and dirty, and smelled like urine, the room just looked dirty and run down.
We didn't even spend the night packed up after a few hours and moved out, when we were packing there was people sleeping in there car right next to ours blocking us in.
They weren't real happy at be woken and took off somewhere they didn't even have a hotel room or belong to the motel, the parking lot is in need of cleaning garbage ever where and it's dark and scary looking and very difficult to get into from the road you have to do a lot of back tracking to get to where you want to go .
I kept expecting a mugger crossing the lot to our car when we were packing up and going to and from the check in desk!
We only spent 3 hours tops at this place and had to fight to get our money back, the staff at the front desk were rude and unhelpful to our situation and told us to come back on Monday (this was Friday night) and talk to the manager about getting our money back.
Come Monday the manager still wasn't very helpful but gave us the money for the room but kept the pet deposit for pet cleaning fee even after being told the cat was in the room for less than 1 hour.
She had to be packed back up into her pet carrier after a 12 hour trip already and left in the car (with me next to her) with the air running due to the cat close to heatstroke thanks to the stupid sensors!!!!!
The swimming pool wasn't much better we had to drive past it to get out of the lot, it was dirty looking and had algae growing in it the water looked very very green!!!
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
