  • The worst hotel check in experience I've had ever in my life. The receptionist had a major attitude and extremely rude. She even threatened me to call the security because she didn't want to look into my booking voucher and honor the agreed "resort fee". I don't know why hotel with "5 diamond award" hired people like this lady. She is a disgrace.
