rev:text	Moved here 8 months ago. FIRST THE BAD: Have has issues since day 1. If you have a queen size bed you will have to cut your box springs in half to get it up the stairs. You can find out how to do that on Google. We gave a very long list of things that needed repair. Non have been fixed, even with repeated maintenance requests. We fixed our own garbage disposal because after a month the smell was noxious. The staff has changed twice, still no improvement. The back pool is pretty much always nasty(even though we see them clean it often) and was often closed during the summer. Look out for they guy who sun bathes naked( no he doesn't live here either). We constantly have issues with a group of teens that do not live here smoking weed and destroying property, and people parking in our spot, both issues we were told by the office is up to us to deal with. We pay 3 times as much for our water bill than we did in a bigger house with a pool!! Lock your car, there is no security during the day and kids have been breaking into cars. People with pets do not use the provided waste bags to clean up after their pet, so watch your step. THE GOOD PART: its beautiful. Love the townhouse and floor plan, basically sound proof with your windows shut. the office, front pool, and gym are awesome!! When someone actually answers the phone they are very nice. There is security at night and they try very hard to catch the pesky teens that don't belong here, and the naked guy. Security here is better than any place I've ever seen but only at night. Out side maintenance is always kept up (often they pick up the dog poop). This place seems to be very family oriented. Even with the bad parts I will continue my lease when its up, just because I love the town house itself and the area. No matter where you go there will be positives and negatives. You just have to decided what you as an individual is willing to deal with.
