To eat or not to eat... is always the question. If you're at eat... you should clearly EAT. You won't regret it.
We came here for a late brunch and sadly we missed their breakfast which they only serve until 11am daily. I was bummed because I was looking forward to trying their yummy breakfast items, but I guess that means I'll have to be back next time!
I ordered the truffle egg sandwich ($12) and would give it 3 stars. Their ingredients are all fresh and local which I appreciated and overall the sandwich was good but nothing to rave home about especially since I couldn't really taste the truffle. I did enjoy my friends' homemade potato chips and I had a bite of my friend's Reuben which was surprisingly delicious.
eat is very community based and fosters a lot of love for the local food, people and flavor. Their philosophy to eat local, happy, fresh, fast and smart definitely shows in their food and service. Such a great brunch place off the strip and definitely worth the trip.
