  • CUSTOMER SERVICE WIN!! So Five days after my Shellac Application, the polish is bubbling and chipping off. I contact urban Nails via email, and (the owner?) asks me to visit the salon and speak to Kevin to have them looked at. He agreed that something was not right, and I was told that I could have them re-done free of charge. I visited on a busy Sunday afternoon, But they still managed to squeeze me in with one of their best, Mary, to ensure I was satisfied. I am! My nails look incredible. Mary also informed me that they DO have Axxium, but they don't recommended it as it causes more damage to your nails than Shellac. Excellent customer service, and very impressed with the entire team.
