  • I went into Autonation Hyundai in Tempe Arizona to buy Three Hundai Sonatas Hybrids for my three children. I was Greeted by car salesman, Internet Manager Tom Cox. I told Tom I wanted three cars and three specific colors. In conversation with Tom, I told him that I have gone to Seven other Hyundai dealerships, and spoke to four Internet Hyundai salesman. I walked out of the Dealerships because I felt they were being dishonest with me. I told Tom that one of the Internet Hyundai salesman from Camelback Hyundai told me to give AutoNation a try because he felt Autonation is the most Honest, does not play Games, and would give a better deal than any one else. Tom cox assured me that it is policy at AutoNation, that they will be 100 percent Honest, and will make sure I am 100 percent Happy. Tom told me they only have on one of the color's of the car I wanted on their lot. Tom asked me to give him an Hour, and he would have the other two car's .As I waited , Tom asked me if there is anything he could do for me to make my hour wait more comfortable, Tom asked me if I wanted anything to Eat or Drink. Tom gave up his Office so I could use his computer to get some of my work done. Within the hour Tom Cox had all three cars,and all three colors. Tom had them detailed ,looking shinny and new. Tom also inspected each car to make sure they were in perfect order to present them to my three children. Tom not only bent over backward, he did everything in his power to make everything go Great. Tom Cox took the time and sat down individually with each one of my children. Tom Cox took the time so they understood every aspect of the car and operations of the car. Tom went over in detail all the warranties and what to do if you every need to use them. After Everything went Great, I also Had the General Manager Lonnie Przybylinski sit me down in his office to make sure I was 100 percent Happy. I have never in 40 years of buying cars, had a Dealership treat me with such Respect!!!! I know a lot of people rather go to the Dentist than haggle with a cars salesman. I Highly Highly Highly Highly recommend you go to AutoNation in Tempe for your next car. Tom Cox will take Great care of you !!! It was a Great, Fun Experience, and I received Incredible Deal's. I am buying another Hyundai for my wife in a month ,and two other family member's need a car. I guarantee, all three will be purchased with Tom Cox at Hundai Autonation!!!!!! I can't tell you how Happy I am that I bought my cars from Hyundai Autonation!!! Matthew J Kearns
