  • Each time I've called this company the owner (twice now, different years) Mike, answers and acts like I'm bothering him by asking for a quote and service.  Mike is rude, completely lacks customer service and believes that customers have to find other jobs for him in the area to make it work this while to service your house.  I will never use Skyhaven or call them again after the last conversation with Mike.  I HIGHLY recommend that you find another Chimney Sweep and avoid Skyhaven at all costs!  Companies who provide poor customer service should be driven out of business, this is one of them.
